Why they chose this property
This property is walking distance to everything that downtown Pensacola has to offer. It is a short drive to Pensacola Beach. Pensacola Beach gets very busy, so staying here keeps you out of that daily beach traffic. The house is new and very comfortable, guest describe it as feeling like home. There are plenty of extra amenities that are included. We leave out coffee, creamer and sugar, each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. There is laundry soap and dryer sheets. This property is not managed by some out of town property management company that is out of touch with the property and the area. We are local and this is our property, yet we are still professional and take great care of the home and provide exceptional customer service.
