Situated in the Tanyard neighborhood of downtown Pensacola, this gorgeous newly built townhome is perfect for experiencing all that Pensacola has to offer. This quiet community of townhomes are conveniently located to the city's best restaurants, shops, breweries, seafood markets, and parks. There is a huge common area with open green space that is perfect for the kids, a sidewalk for exercise, and a huge community pool! The back patio is the perfect spot for afternoon cocktails or morning coffee. There is a propane grill available as well for the family chef.



Inside, you'll find a modern open concept living area, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family's meals. There is a large dining table for 6 with additional bar seating for 3. The living room features a comfortable couch and two oversized chairs. The large TV comes with basic cable and the ability to stream your own services. There is a half bath downstairs as well. Upstairs you'll find the 3 bedrooms, laundry closet, and two full bathrooms.



There is off street, driveway parking for one vehicle and additional free street parking available (the garage is not available for guest use).

This is the second time staying here and it was just as great as it was in May. Our son is at the NAS base and it’s convenient because it is right in the middle from the base and the beach. Very convenient

Our recent stay at this Pensacola condo was fantastic! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt at home and comfortable. The decor and furnishings set the tone for our vacation. The condo itself was immaculate, super clean and loaded with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped. The spacious living area provided the perfect space for relaxation and quality time with our family. The location of the condo was also ideal, a 14-minute drive to the beach. We liked the 10-minute walk to downtown Pensacola. We actually spent most of our time there. There are many delicious restaurants, and shops. The Wahoo stadium was close by. There are several parks within walking distance. If you time your trip right, you can catch the Blue Angels practicing at NAS. Our kids loved the pool. There are several parks close by. We enjoyed exploring the area and experiencing everything that Pensacola has to offer. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch accommodations, look no further than this gem in Pensacola. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Christmas in Pensacola

The condo is as listed, it was clean and the right size for my family of 4 adults. Check in/out and communication was excellent. It's close to downtown, the bridge to Pensacola Beach and the Naval Air Station. This was our airman's 1st Christmas away from home (Texas) and the reason for our visit. We were disappointed with no Christmas tree in the condo when I asked about it. For us, all 3 bedrooms need black out curtains. The rooms were very bright at night from the streetlights, especially the master and made it annoying for sleeping. Two of the beds were good, the third had my 19-year-old waking up with a sore back. Walls were marked up downstairs from furniture scraping the walls and all 3 barstool cushions were ripped/torn. Bring your own paper products as stuff supplied (toilet paper and paper towels) is the cheapest of cheap. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and storing food. Loved that. Extremely minimal and blurry cable service for local tv to catch up on the weather and news.
