Home away from home

Our family of 6 had a wonderful mini vacation in this wondeful home. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. It was decorated with Christmas decorations which really made it feel homely. Michael is definitely an excellent host who responded quickly to any concerns. There was a welcome card along with snacks and drinks. The location was close to restaurants which was a plus. We was able to see some of the floats that was in the Christmas parade which my 3yr old loved.

Beautiful Place!

I loved the decor of this property. Everything was great. My only "oh, no" moment was when I saw the chair at the desk. It wasn't the chair in the pics online, and since I was going to be doing some work while there, the chair in the pics was the main reason I picked this property. Instead of a "work chair," it was a metal folding chair. Fortunately I had a lap desk in the back on my car and was able to sit on the couch and do my work. The desk was great to have, though, because I was able to sit there and do my makeup instead of having to stand in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again, though, if I come back to Pensacola to work.

Why they chose this property

This property is walking distance to everything that downtown Pensacola has to offer. It is a short drive to Pensacola Beach. Pensacola Beach gets very busy, so staying here keeps you out of that daily beach traffic. The house is new and very comfortable, guest describe it as feeling like home. We did not fill the property with cheap furniture to save a buck, it is the same high quality Ashley furniture that is in my own home. There are plenty of extra amenities that are included. We leave out coffee, each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. There is laundry soap and dryer sheets. This property is not managed by some out of town property management company that is out of touch with the property and the area. We are local and this is our property, yet we are still very professional and take great care of the home and provide exceptional customer service.
