Love the modern southern charm of this property. The host has been awesome with communication. Alexis welcomed us with music too. Location is perfect for all the sites, restaurants and activities. This property is comfy and quiet. Welcoming with all the comforts of home. You can’t go wrong choosing this charming house.

Perfect Guest House!

I rented this home for a friend and his crew so they could live comfortably while doing some renovations at my house. It was perfect! I will use this property again for other guest who visit us.

The property is located just 2 blocks away from Pensacola Bay in a little place called Sanders Beach. Downtown Pensacola is just a 1/4 mile away and it's just a 10-minute drive over the Pensacola Bay Bridge to get to Pensacola Beach and its legendary white snd beaches!!!
