This 3,000 sq. foot historic apartment (built in 1905 and newly renovated) has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, formal dining room, sit up bars and a fully stocked kitchen. You and your guests will enjoy spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, beautifully crafted woodwork, stained glass windows, transom lights and multiple fireplaces.

This home is in a great neighborhood, close to the heart of downtown, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, football/baseball stadium and only 8 miles from the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach! This is the perfect location for your Pensacola getaway!

Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Family weekend

We were visiting Pensacola to get to know the city as a possible place to retire. My sister and elderly parents joined us for the weekend. The house - actually downstairs apartment - is very lovely and in a central location to get to the restaurants, beach etc. I didn’t give 5 stars because of the very busy street ( 4-lane highway) running in front of the house. We sat in the living room to visit and couldn’t hear each other talk very well. The noise wasn’t bad in the rest of the house. If the house had been on a quieter street, I would give it 5 stars.

Perfect weekend getaway

Our bachelorette party stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect space for us to relax and get ready for our adventures in Pensacola. The street parking wasn't bad at all which we were very appreciative of. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for us to make dinner.
