Bryce Canyon 97 miles, Capitol Reef 70 miles, Zion 140 miles, and Fish Lake Resort 43 miles. You are 35 miles to Big Rock Candy Mountain which boasts over 2000 miles of ATV/UTV Paiute trail access, river rafting and floats, mountain bike trails and more. We are ideally located for hosting all sporting event’s and activities. Family vacations and get togethers are perfect for our cottage. A beautiful new two level home that is connected by a unique spiral staircase provides a full kitchen downstairs and lots of extra room upstairs. Also, you are only 3/4 of a mile from Walmart, restaurants and gas stations. Let Cozy Cottage Inn be your extended home away from home.

Fun stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Although the spiral staircase could be a challenge with bags -- it seemed fun for everyone. This is a very quiet and clean place that became our relax and re-energize place. Property owners are very pleasant and hospitable. I highly recommend this property.

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one is, hands down, the best! What a wonderful home for a getaway. There was ample parking for our trailers in which we hauled our side-by-sides to enjoy the awesome trails. The hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They seem to have thought of every detail and helpful amenity. I would give it ten stars if I could.

Beautiful Home In Richfield, Utah

We really enjoyed staying here. The property was well maintained, quiet, comfortable, and clean. We had zero issues getting in and would absolutely stay here again. Nice touches included a gift basket on check-in with bottles of water and some snacks, blankets everywhere, large TVs, a remote controlled fireplace, as well as great posters of Utah's National Parks on the wall. My son enjoyed having his choice of beds to choose from and had the upstairs to himself. We thank the owners for keeping such a nice property.

Beautiful Cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately, it was just a quick trip for a funeral. However, we have family in the area so we will definitely be visiting in the future and we will absolutely stay here again when we have more time to enjoy this cozy cottage for longer!! Everything was immaculate and beautiful. Not one criticism. Fantastic!!

Modern Cottage with Huge Gathering Room!

We had a terrific long weekend stay in this well-appointed new-construction cottage. We stayed upstairs in the large gathering area with two comfortable bunk beds. Other family stayed downstairs in the master bedroom. Everything was exceptional and meticulously kept. The owner was quick to reply to our inquiries and so kind to greet us upon our arrival. We spent the weekend SxS riding in the beautiful UT mountains with friends who were staying at the nearby RV park. It was nice to come “home” to cold AC, hot showers and comfortable beds. All you could want!
