The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, updated, good launching point for visiting family in Richfield and surrounding communities.
This is a smaller home, but the space has been really well used. Really liked the large gathering areas. Well done remodel. A few things still need to be finished, but it did not impact our stay.
This property was perfect for our large family.
The house is decorated so cute! Plenty of room for large group. We had 12. Down stairs gets hot. Very clean. Yard was ideal for family games like bocce ball and corn hole.
Im hoping the host of this property puts up more pics as we werent really sure what we were walking into but we were pleasently surprised!
9 of us trailered 7 ATV’s from South Carolina - a trip we do every year, but this time we decided we needed a “home base” for the two weeks. The house was perfect for our needs - we were able to park our trailer and two trucks in the driveway and keep the ATV’s under the carport when we weren’t riding the trails. The entire house is very clean, beds and furniture are very comfortable. We were able to walk to several restaurants and stores. The coffee maker was great to have. We did not do any cooking, but the kitchen has the basics. The host was great and very accommodating and responsive. We would book again!
Great property in quiet neighborhood, close to eateries, hot springs, and amazing mountainbike trails. Seems newly renovated with fully equipped kitchen and 2 spacious living areas for relaxation. The only hiccups were a shattered glass shower panel in basement bathroom (I think host was unaware, so I let him know - great host), cardboarded basement window, and kitchen countertops in need of refinish (clearly disclosed in property description). We had a group of 4, but could comfortably serve 8 , with 2 people per bedroom. I recommend this property if you are visiting the Richfield area.
