This is the perfect house to rent if you are visiting Bend. It’s clean, comfortable and close to everything. When this house was renovated, the homeowners made the smart decision to keep some of the original charm. The rooms are spacious, the backyard is adorable and having a washer and dryer available is a bonus

This is a very cute house. Great location. Well maintained. The only thing was that the checkout process they have you wash all the towels before you leave? I think this saves them time, but I have never rented a vacation house and had to do the laundry. I have my own rental house, four bedroom on the beach, with hot tub and I provide laundry service for all my guests. I don’t want to do that on my vacation.

The house was wonderful. Perfect for 2 couples to enjoy a concert and explore Bend. An easy walk to downtown and other nearby delicious restaurants. But for anyone planning to eat in, the kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, awesome hot tub, great sitting areas inside and out. The home was very clean - only reason I gave 4 stars was the overwhelming disinfectant smell upon entering, but it aired out w open windows pretty quickly. The additional layer of communication as well as the requirement to have all towels washed and in the dryer before checking out made things a little awkward, but not a deal breaker. We’d definitely stay again.
