Welcome to "The Devon AC"! A spacious, beautiful, newly renovated home set in the appealing Chelsea neighborhood of Atlantic City minutes from it all! Set on a charming street ONE BLOCK FROM THE BEACH. It has a large living room, roomy dining area, and an updated kitchen making it perfect for families and large groups.

MAIN LEVEL:
-Living room with comfortable couch, 2 chairs & Smart TV (no cable, just streaming apps).
-Half Bathroom

KITCHEN:
-Newly renovated kitchen with spacious island (with seating for 2) and a dining table to seat 6.

SECOND LEVEL:
- Master Bedroom with TV
-1 Full Bathroom in the hallway and 1 Full Bathroom Ensuite in the Master
-Laundry Room Washer & dryer to use at your convenience. Please note we do not supply laundry detergent.

THIRD LEVEL:
-1 Bedroom with TV
-Lounge Living Room with sleeper sofa and TV

-There is driveway parking for two-three vehicles at this property. (If you pull towards the backyard you can fit three)

HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS:
At "The Devon AC", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Great House, Great Location, Great Price
Just spent the weekend in this lovely house with a group of gents (six) that have been getting together since 2001. The location was great and the house was spotless! Off-street parking for three cars was a plus. Booking, arrival and check out were all seamless. If you are heading to AC and have a group of 6-8, look no more. I would stay again without hesitation.
