Unclear communication with the property owner and extra fees were charged. The place was extremely dirty looked like the carpet had never been cleaned. The beds were dirty with stains on them. The backyard, there is no backyard. The fire pit did not work. There are minimal dishes, no extra bedding And no cell service. The only thing somewhat nice was the pool. Would not stay here again!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. We always strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-communicated experience for every guest. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, and we wish the cleanliness, bedding, or dish supply concerns had been brought to our attention at anytime during the reservation, so we could have had the opportunity to address them right away. Regarding the backyard, the home does have an outdoor private space with a fire pit area and we appreciate the note regarding the it not meeting your expectations. We will make sure it is checked and addressed for future guests. Cell service can vary by carrier in the area, but Wi-Fi is provided at the property. As for the additional fees, those were related to documented house rule violations, extra cleaning needs due to pet waste, and property damage after checkout, and the matter was handled professionally through the Vrbo platform. We appreciate your feedback and will continue using guest comments to improve the experience for future stays.
