The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Cookware and dining essentials are provided, making it simple to prepare shared meals or morning coffee at the large dining table. A washer, free in-unit dryer, and dedicated workspace add home-like convenience during longer stays.

Guests have access to the entire home, the hot tub, as well as the front porch and back yard.

Listing Notes
As a bonus, there may be wildlife visible from the home. You are advise to not interact with the wildlife and to keep a safe distance.

NOISE POLICY: The homes on this street are positioned in a way next to the mountain that creates an echo. Due to this, we cannot allow music by the hot tub area after 9 o’clock. Please be extra aware of the volume while you are out there after hours.

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

We want you to enjoy your time in Sedona, but please adhere to these house rules.

-No noise after 9pm. Sedona has a strict noise ordinance in place and all fines will be paid by guests if broken. This includes the no party rule.
-Dirty shoes off in the home please.
-This is a no smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no party and no pets home. Up to $1000 fines will be imposed if not followed.

***VERY IMPORTANT*** Trash bins are near the driveway entrance. Please leave trash bins strappedto the fence. This keeps the javelinas from making a mess of it.

-If the fire pit or the grill is used, please turn propane off after use.

-Hot tub. Please put cover back on after use and clip. Please keep the temperature at 99 degrees. Please keep the chlorine floater in tub at all times.

-There is a fee for missing remotes, towels, etc. We want to make sure we have these things for all guests’ convenience & enjoyment.

-VERY important! Do not put any materials in the toilets other than toilet paper. It will create major plumbing problems and we will impose a fine for the costs of fixing these problems.

Breaking any rule above can result up to $1,000 fine in addition to damages done to the property
