1Bd/1Ba apartment with free parking. The place is the entire first floor with private entrance of a townhouse. Dream vacation home for couples, families, and solo travelers in mid-town Santa Monica. For groups of three guests, it’s preferable that they are from the same household. The beach and SM pier are a 10-minute drive away and a nice walk if you choose. Walk to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. Great public transportations to UCLA, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills. Free WiFi and Landry.
The space
The location just can't be beaten. Walking distance to Smart &Final, Ralph's (grocery), Target (department store), CVS (drug store), and lots of beauty salons, sports bars, and fine dining. I love this space and my neighbors are wonderful but do work during the week, so please exercise your common courtesy. One of the primary residents will be present in the house during the stay of my guests. Santa Monica business license #228250.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire apartment (private bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and front and back patios). You are welcome to use the 55-inch flat TV and the piano. The kitchen is spacious with the full set of appliances: ovens, cooktops, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave oven, pots and pans, silverware are all free to use! Two beds are available, a Queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

Internet. I couldn't imagine leaving you without internet access. You will find access information inside the apartment for free high-speed wi-fi.

Dining area. Seats four people. Plates, bowls, and cookware are available for your needs.

Workspace. There is one working area in the bedroom. You get a standing desk and an ergonomic work chair in the bedroom. One LCD monitor is available if you need an extra display for your laptop.

Bathroom. Shower. Tub. Bath. Shower gel. Shampoo/conditioner. Blow dryer. Towels. You're set.

Bedroom. Binder curtains. Comfortable firm Queen-size bed. You will sleep like a baby.

Closet. You will have access to two entire closets one in the bedroom and one in the living room. You can put your suitcases and other belongings under the bed frame just in case you need extra storage space.

Free washer and dryer are available in a shared laundry room in the building. A rare benefit for guests. There should be a big bottle of laundry detergent under the bathroom sink for you to use.

I'm happy to say the entire apartment is yours for the duration since I will consider you my family.
Other things to note
The sofa require a little care-- please watch the red wine and pen ink.

Please be mindful that the building is filled with other occupants who love the peaceful environment, so please be quiet and respectful during sleeping hours. No parties, please. Quiet after 9 PM please. Especially during the work week.
