The property was beautiful and as advertised. We loved all of the southwestern decor and the outdoor living space was great. There were excellent mountain views from the property, especially from the upper deck with the fireplace. Would absolutely recommend this property for anyone visiting Sedona. The house is located in a lovely residential area within a couple of miles of grocery stores and restaurants and other attractions.

Beautiful home with amazing views and features that enhanced our stay in Sedona. We loved the roof deck and the pool area, as well as the living room with so many games and seating options for a family stay. Every time I reached out with a question, the hosts responded promptly and were so helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This place was absolutely perfect. Everything about it was amazing and exactly as described. Very clean too. One complaint, and I hate even saying it, but it’s true and somewhat inexcusable. We paid to have the pool heated. The very first night the water was cold to the touch. We did not get in, and called right away and left a message as it was “after hours”. We asked whether someone forgot to turn the heater on, or if it was on, could someone come in morning and turn it off (it only runs 7 AM to 10 PM which is fine) and refund the money as it would have only been running for a few hours at that time. We got zero response, and the pool was never used other than once when my wife wanted to feel the extreme difference between the pool and hot tub. For kids, this pool was usable, for having to pay to have it heated as an adult when the temperatures in Sedona are 85 every day. Calling it heated was just not accurate. Never once did I feel “heat” from a jet. The frustration stems from not hearing anything back either. As I still don’t know if it was heated or a mistake. I only say all of this because if you don’t mind this, this place is absolutely amazing.
