Situated smack in the middle of one of the most desirable beach sections of the historic St. Augustine area, this colorful compound has tons of outdoor party space, a combined 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 20 people. Note: Price reflects both homes combined.

Bonus: You’ll also enjoy two backyards joined by a door in the fence. There’s plenty of outside fun to be had, with a professional-grade putting green, bocce court and hot tub on one side; and a second hot tub and fire pit on the other. It's the perfect setup for unforgettable memories!

Uniquely situated on a coastal peninsula, the beach is a seven-minute walk to the east, a saltwater river to the immediate west, and serious history is all around you. In fact, Ponce de Leon is said to have landed mere minutes from here in his search for the fabled fountain of youth.

For bigger groups – two extended families traveling together or an annual girls’ or golf getaway – these homes give you the space and flexibility you need without being on top of each other. • Does Overmoon allow pets?
While we love all pets, we only allow dogs at our homes. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and you’ll be charged a flat pet fee of $250. If any member of your rental party requires accompaniment by a registered service animal, notification at the time of booking is required.

• Does this home have a high chair, or other baby/toddler gear?
Yes! We have a pack & play, high chair, step stool, books, toys, dishware and more – all included free of charge.

• Does Overmoon have a guest agreement I need to sign?
Yes, when you book this property, you’ll be asked to sign a guest agreement to make sure you know what you’re getting and how to use it.

• Does Overmoon have a minimum age requirement?
Yes, you have to be at least 21 years old to rent this property.
