Cozy 1BD Beach Retreat, 2Bath

Escape to our beach retreat! This cozy 1BR, 2BA cottage sleeps 4 comfortably. Enjoy a movie when the weather isn`t cooperating, hang at the beach or gather around the firepit under the stars. Just 5 minutes from Lexington, our location offers convenience and serenity. Perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing getaway by the lake! **Please note that there is another home on this property however you have a private home that is not in view of the main home**

You will need a car to explore everything Lexington and Port Sanilac have to offer!

-One dog is allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. There is an additional fee to bring your dog.
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 2 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Great Lakeside Stay

What a great spot! Close enough to the town to feel like all things were accessible; and secluded enough to feel like a private get away. There were so many places to explore. Access to the beaches close by, walking in the quaint towns, storefronts, restaurants, and even a historic lighthouse tour in the town near by! The place itself was clean, comfortable, and so very welcoming. Would love to visit again

Nice little cottage

Our stay was nice, it’s a nice little cottage but the listing isn’t 💯. There’s no balcony, no washer/dryer and it’s not beachfront. There’s a property between u and the beach, close but not right on it. I’d rent it again thanks for having us.
