Located in one of the nicest non HOA neighborhood in Boynton Beach & very close to Delray Beach, Boca Raton & West Palm Beach. The property sits on a quart acre lot and its completely fenced in. There is two driveways, the one on the side can fit a boat or RV. Property has been completely renovated, perfect for someone looking to relocate and it's very affordable.

Great size living/dining room with high speed internet, smart TV (65 inches), high quality leather Natuzzi sofa & real paintings & more. There is also coastal dining table with 6 chairs and a chandelier.

If you are traveling for work there is a desk with a desk chair in one of the bedrooms.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, & all major appliances as well as blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and more.

Master Bedroom:

Comfortable king size bed, Smart Tv 65 Inch, walk inn closet, ensuite full master bathroom.

Second Bedroom:

King size bed (Real Leather) with adjustable headboard, nightstand, mirror & chair.

Third Bedroom:

2 Solid Wood Twin Beds, night stand, desk & chair, walk in closet.

Location:

The property is located in a very nice and safe area in Boynton Beach, there is a plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and a beach in very close proximity.
The location is perfect as it's located close to the airports, West Palm Beach Bova Raton & Delray Beach. There is plenty of shopping like Boynton Beach Mall right next door within a walking distance as well as Walmart and several restaurants like Long Horn etc.

short stay but nice neighborhood for dogs

We stayed four nights. The house was clean and the perfect neighborhood for walking our dogs. The host was very nice. VRBO would not allow me to book it within 24 hours but once I contacted the host she made it possible.
