This fresh, bright, newly remodeled beach front condo is wonderfully appointed for optimum enjoyment for two guests. We're in a private gated building right off the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk in the center of it all with private beach access. Take the elevator to the first level after you park the car under the building and never have to get in the car again! Stunning views with the open main living area & balcony facing the ocean! Famous Brits Donuts, amazing restaurants nearby.

Dogs are allowed with a $50 per dog cleaning fee, 2 dog max. First floor via stairwell exterior or an elevator by the main office. Includes pool, baby pool, coin laundry down the hall. Smart TV in den & bedroom, drip coffee (filters provided), Adirondack chairs on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise & sunset over the ocean or fireworks in the summer on Thursday nights at 9 pm.

Guest specific code for the front door, gate code to park under the building and overflow parking across the street where Cabana Suites owners and guess only signs are. Codes private gate beach access. All codes provided day of check-in.

Spencer is always available quickly via text via the VRBO app or via her cell phones for emergencies only. You are provided with access codes, etc. a few days before check-in via the VRBO app and emailed to you.

Great area for exploring, beach lovers, shopping, terrific restaurants, nightlife, biking, surfing, sandcastle building, people watching OR just inside the gated area is privacy, if you need that as well!

Walk, bike, scoot to everything! Thai food, seafood, Mexican food, steakhouse, hotdogs, barbecue, TWO terrific coffee bars, Malama Cafe & Crush & Grind, everything your hearts delight is tucked away here in the heart of beloved, charming Carolina Beach!
