Vitamin Sea is a nice 2-bedroom oceanfront condo in Carolina Beach. The living

room leads to a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. The master bedroom has a

queen bed, TV and attached full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a

twin bed. The hallway bathroom is fully renovated. The condo is located on the

3rd floor. Take a break and soak up some Vitamin Sea!

Parking for 2 cars with parking passes - 1 designated parking space, and 1

visitor space in the overflow lot across the street from the building. Coin

laundry is located on the 1st floor.

Explore the local charm of Pleasure Island! We have great restaurants, the

boardwalk, the aquarium - and historic downtown Wilmington is a short drive

away!

Open dates for community pool and shared amenities are subject to the

community Homeowners Association. Pools are typically open from Memorial Day

to Labor Day.

Great location, cleaning needs improved

The location was fantastic. The condo is dated & needs some improvements. The bedding was stained and even when provided new linens, they were more stained than what was on the bed. Dishes were dirty & had to be washed prior to using them. Bathrooms had filthy shower curtains. The property manager replaced the master shower curtain for us during the stay & was responsive to our requests. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation. The condo had lots of fun games that we all enjoyed playing in the evenings. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean & well taken care of. If the condo were updated & clean, it would be 5-star indeed! It was a good value, just wish it would have been properly cleaned.

Perfect for family of four, needs cleaning.

It was a great property, with a public access to the beach adjacent to the property. It was cool and comfortable and laid out well, and there were a ton of hooks in every room and on the patio for wet bathing suits—and that was my favorite part. So smart! However, when we first came, we realized it had been cleaned poorly. Most surfaces had not been wiped down, the patio had not been swept, the remote control was crusty, and every dish we wanted to use was dirty. There is a dishwasher but I believe it is broken. Later, when we went to bed, we realized the sheet had spots on them. They were clean, but stained. All in all, it wasn’t a deal breaker, and I waited to alert the management company until the day before we left so they could fix it for the next family. I suspect they will do something about these problems, and it will be resolved. Overall, a good experience.
