Thank you for mentioning the amazing oceanfront location and telling our staff in follow up email that you enjoyed your stay. In same communication, you expressed "I did not call because I did not want to wait around for maintenance to come and fix these items." Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our excellent housekeeping and maintenance response if you do not contact us during your stay. Our standard is to come out immediately to correct anything that does not meet your expectations.

 Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations with not having the beds made and having to pick your key up at the office. We do offer Premier properties that have the beds made as this was not a Premier property or you can add bed making to the reservation in the future if you will give us another chance to host another stay with us. We take all guest comments seriously and we assure you that we will use your feedback to improve our services.

We are glad you found the 409 unit clean. This owner is great!! Always updating bedding, pictures, etc. Apologies for the pool, we were also not aware of the motor being out, turned out they had a hard time locating one. We hope you are willing to give us a try again. Sea Coast Rentals.
