3 bedrooms (2 down, 1 up), 1 bathroom, full kitchen with large dining table, 2 living rooms (1 down, 1 up), deck, fenced yard, fire pit. Convenient to downtown. Offers space and privacy with separate areas for everyone.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.

My house has a small apartment attached on left side. We use it as an office, it's quiet, and its parking and back yard are completely separate from your place.

Glencliff neighborhood has diverse dining, parks, soccer field, dog park. Easy access to Briley Pkwy, 440, and 24.

Dedicated parking in private driveway. Bus line available a few blocks away on Nolensville takes you straight to downtown, 4 miles away.

Quaint, Cozy and Affordable in a Nice Central Location

The host made check-in easy and the home provided plenty of space with comfortable beds. The neighborhood picture perfect suburbia and the location was helpfully central to where we needed to be so whether it was Downtown Nashville or nearby Franklin or Brentwood we were always 20-30 minutes from anywhere we needed to be.

Great for family and close to downtown

The house fit our family of 6 great. It was clean, nicely decorated and spacious enough for our family of 6. Thank you for being pet friendly too! The host was very responsive. The drive to downtown Nashville is a straight shot about 10 minutes. Had good variety of activities for young kids to high schoolers.
