There is also a nearby golf course, Luxury or casual dining close by as well. Short distance to activities, charter boat fishing, jet skis, volleyball, movies, shopping etc. Or just a nice place to have a backyard cookout out by pool.

Loved it

My spouse and I really enjoyed our recent experience in Boca. The house was in the perfect location for our needs and has a charming / homey feel about it. Both the beach and the downtown/Mizner Park area is very convenient to the house (less than a 1/2 mile walk). Our host could not have been nicer and super responsive to our inquiries. She is a joy to work with and we look forward to our next stay in her home.

Owners very accommodating, peaceful neighborhood, close to anything you want to do. Beautiful home, well kept heated pool, clean inside and out.

Raised in Boca Raton, moved to Gainesville to go to college, became a therapeutic massage therapist, as well as, equine massage therapist. Also, broke, bred and trained thoroughbred race horses for 18 years. Some family still lives in Boca while others prefer the country in Micanopy Florida helping others through horse touch therapy and massage. We love this home, the neighbors walk into the beach, the inlet, etc. very therapeutic. We never mind driving in the 4 1/2 hours. It takes to get here from Gainesville Florida.

Why they chose this property

It's for people that appreciate the Old Florida Charm. Wonderful neighborhood and neighbors, Peaceful and centrally located for most anything you wish to do. Nice atmosphere. Walk to beach, shops, dining and short drive to golf or tennis. Also, memories of a great life growing up in this area of Boca Raton

What makes this property unique

It is definitely the old Florida charm. Hasn’t been modernized. Short walk to beach, shops, cafe’s.
