Our Place at the Beach 302C is a beach-themed bayside condominium. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a family-friendly neighborhood and wet lands. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!
The modern living room is furnished with a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, a leather arm chair, a fireplace and a flat-screen smart television. The couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances and a breakfast bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen television and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bunk bed and a private full bathroom. This property also features a large screened-in porch with lots of comfortable furniture & a stunning view of the wetlands & Assawoman Bay. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!
