Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please ensure that all personal items are removed from the condo. The refrigerator and freezer also need to be removed of any items that were purchased and discarded in the dumpster.

Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a full cycle.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Trailers, Rec Vehicles, and or watercrafts permitted to park on the property

Decks: -please do not place or drape any items over deck rails. That is against Southbay rules and will result in a fine.
