Our group of 4 enjoyed our time in Blaney Park. It was nice to have space for everyone to claim as their own. Two bathrooms was a nice plus. We were also thankful to have a washer and dryer with laundry supplies at our disposal. The cabin as adorable, homey, and well stocked!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is such a cozy cabin. We had everything we needed. Love the history. It was a very comfortable stay and we would not hesitate to go back.
The cabin was amazing and had all the must needed essentials. It was safe, clean, and welcoming. And it was centrally located for all the main attractions.
We loved our stay at the cabin! It is super cute, perfect for a little U.P. getaway. It is cozy, clean, and very comfortable! We'll definitely stay again! Excellent location too!
Cute and cozy cabin. Accurately described. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. Mowed trail was a nice perk. Love the Blaney Park history and hope you will be able to continue to be a part of its restoration. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with our whole family (including our little dog).
The cabin was very comfortable and well outfitted. It was neat to learn the history of the area. We were able to use the lodging as a home base to explore surrounding outdoors activities. There was little in the way of groceries but that is mostly to be expected in the UP and in this specific area. The primary challenge was that the adjacent highway is quite busy and loud, and given that opening the windows is the only option to cool the cabin, we had a little trouble sleeping / sleeping in.
The cabin is adorable! The kitchen is adequately stocked-we made and ate almost every meal at the cabin. Furniture is nice and comfy. There’s a binder with information about the history of Blaney Park, and I found it to be extremely interesting! There’s a cabin journal there and my favorite entries were those written by kids that stayed there. Internet is sketchy (most areas are in the UP) and that’s not always a bad thing. It’s a nice home-base location to travel from to see the sites the UP has to offer. The hosts are extremely responsive. We went to Sceney Refuge (multiple times), Tahquamenom Falls, Oswald Bear Ranch. We hope to visit again in the future. The Northern Lights were dancing over the cabin!!!
We had a very nice stay! I liked that it has 2 bathrooms and had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and cozy, and quiet. We would definitely stay again!
