Had a great stay at the Bull Pen! Lots of space, comfortable beds, and convenient location. We enjoyed the easy access to local attractions, including a short walk to Hi-Wire Brewing.

Great visit to Durham

Great home close to downtown!

Loved our stay, the house setup is perfect. Quite roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again on a return trip to Durham! Perfect for our weekend getaway.

The house was awesome and perfect for our needs. You can tell that Brad takes pride in the home. It was clean and thoughtfully equipped. We needed to extend our stay and Brad was very pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location in Durhamfive star

Nice size home immaculately clean everything works walking distance to the art gallery with several restaurants and a play area that had tons of kids playing in football and kicking soccer balls around really great time great place. Highly recommend.

Durham Bullpen Rocks

Perfect stay and location for our family and dogs. House was spotless and just what we needed. Communication with the owner was flawless. House was located right next to event venue. We stayed four nights and have ZERO complaints! Check was a breeze and kitchen was spotless and well equipped. Nice Durham decorations too.

Family Visit

With family in the Durham area but no one with the space for 3 extra people and a dog - this was the perfect stay - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and spacious group areas gave us the space we needed to stretch and relax and be comfortable. Pet friendly made the fur baby happy to be able to be with us on vacation - full kitchen and appliances a huge plus and washer and dryer even made one less thing to do when we got home A++ and highly recommended

The Bull Pen, as Brad's place is called, was great for our visit to Durham to celebrate our younger grandchild's graduation from high school. The open floor plan made gathering easy and enjoyable, but we all had the privacy of good-sized bedrooms when we needed it. Check-in was a breeze. Brad's instructions for arrival--even construction areas to avoid on the way in--and his timely responsiveness to all queries were stellar.

Exactly as advertised

Perfect spot for long weekend with family. Clean, comfortable, roomy home for four adults and two GS dogs. Mostly quiet, older neighborhood with several homes undergoing renovations. The revitalized Golden Belt campus is a fun spot at end of the block for food, drink and entertainment (walking distance from the house). We enjoyed Saturday’s International Food Festival in downtown Raleigh. Host Brad was helpful with directions due to current road construction and promptly responded to questions. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

Great stay! Brad was extremely helpful and very fast to respond. The location is very convenient to the Golden Belt arts area, which I'd highly recommend. And the Hi Wire Brewery is always hopping.

Brad was a very responsive and helpful host. The house was perfectly located for our needs and had spaces that made for a very comfortable stay for us and our two dogs. We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and went to (and recommend) both the ice cream and pizza shops and the pleasant gathering space at the end of the block. We would definitely stay here again when we are visiting nearby family. The house was very clean, decorations and appointments basic and functional.
