The property worked perfectly for our group of 5 cousins. You do need to drive most places but Uber was very easy to do. We went all over Charleston to many sites and had great meals everywhere we went. No problem communicating with hosts.

After getting over a hiccup with check in, all was great! While we didn’t get the code to check in before check in time, the hosts did answer and help us out. The house was comfortable, it was great for our whole family, and contained everything we needed to prepare a few meals. We appreciated that every time we needed something, it was just there! It was clean and perfect for the occasion. We would love to come back!

We loved the stay! Beautiful home, just as described and had everything we needed. We had some trouble getting into the community, the directions took us to a different entrance and the staff running the entrance was not very friendly or helpful.

I was very impressed with the amenities supplied by the company at check-in. A lot of places claim to be vacation ready but do not even have pots/pan or dish soap; Avant had everything we needed and more. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Communication from host was excellent.

Great stay in Isle of Palms

This is a lovely house only a few minutes walk to the beach. The last bedroom is on the ground floor, the rest of the house is elevated, as is the style of most of the beach houses on IOP. There's an elevator that goes from the lower, ground floor bedroom up to the main house, which is very cool and the kids loved. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay.

The place was very nice, clean and Avant realty was a pleasure to work with. For future reference we were thrown off by the Murphy bed room being in a separate space from the cottage.
