Boardwalk Rock

Great price during a weekend festival. The property was clean and well appointed with complimentary kurig pods. Everything a few people need for a beach stay. We didn’t spend much time in the condo, as we were at a festival most of the time. Overall great place for the price.

A great (small) place to stay on the ocean side.

My wife, our 2 year old, and our 3 month old stayed here for 3 nights. The pool access was a lovely feature since the 2 year old was too scared of the waves. The complementary Kurig cups was an excellent feature. The AC worked well and we found ourselves using it mostly on a lower setting. Overall a great experience!

Excellent location

Me and my 2 adult children stayed. Darrell was easy to get a hold of and accommodating. The walk to the beach is 2 whole minutes. The pool is very clean, private and the property is well taken care of. We used the pool everyday along with the beach. Denny's is right next door for a late night snack or dinner if you don't feel like driving. Very friendly neighborhood. 5 Stars. We will be back.

Ocean City Vacation 2025

Property sits just behind one other row of property rentals. Does not have an ocean view, but is a close walk out to the beach. Does not have an elevator to access the second and third floor, making it a hot difficult job to get your belongings up and down the stairs. The outside stairs going to each floor were nice as a semi-private entrance. Security was great! Each of my daughters rented a condo at Marshall Inn as well. We were all happy with the location, and our condos inside, but not the non-elevator factor. My property smelled like it was cleaned with bleach, which wasn't a pleasant smell to walk into; however, at least you knew it had been cleaned. It looked cleaned in the main living areas. However, things like the coffee pot and inside of drawers were not. Our host did a fantastic job suppling things to use on the beach and inside the condo. It was well-stocked with some paper products, etc. that weren't listed on the amenities. Our condo had great storage, mirrors, bed and over-all was a nice and comfortable place to stay.
