This wonderful patio home in Ocean Edge, nestled in Susanna Village, offers stunning golf course views and access to the community pools (fee's may apply). Unique in design, this home features a full second floor with a private bedroom, a den, and a convenient half bath. Thoughtfully updated by the owners, the home boasts stylish new furniture, elegant quartz countertops in the kitchen, and durable solid flooring on the main level. The primary bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, with a full bathroom just outside. A straight staircase leads to the upper level, where you'll find a private third bedroom with two twin beds, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, alongside a den equipped with air conditioning, a TV with a DVD/VCR player, and an additional half bath. The well-appointed kitchen provides all the essentials for effortless meal preparation, while the dining area comfortably seats six. The inviting living room is furnished for relaxation, featuring air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Sliding doors open to a charming patio with picturesque golf course views and an outdoor dining setup. Additional amenities include both gas and charcoal grills, a washer and dryer, and WiFi access.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Guests may purchase Sponsored Guest Pool Passes, which include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, the Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled children's activities throughout the Villages.
Tennis and pickleball courts are also available for use. (additional fee may apply)

Pool passes are NOT included in your stay and must be purchased separately. The Ocean Edge Resort Golf Club manages the distribution, fees, and operations of all amenities, which are subject to change without notice.
