Lovely Patio Home with Golf Course Views
This sunny, single level patio home is in the private cul-de-sac area of Susanna Village and features views of the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. This single-level home has a primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and private full bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and there is a full guest bathroom located in the hallway between both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small table for two, while the dining area offers seating for six. The property owner has also provided table fans for your comfort. The living room is carpeted and comfortably furnished, and provides a TV/DVD, and ductless AC to cool the unit. Sliders off the living room lead to the spacious patio with wonderful direct golf course views. The patio is furnished with an outdoor dining set, umbrella, and a gas grill. Other amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI. This home is just a short walk to a bike path access.
