Cozy Pine Mountain Cabin w/ Screened Porch & Yard!

Hello Jerry, thanks for letting us know about your stay! The owner wanted to share the following: - We are glad you enjoyed your overall stay and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced while at the home. When you booked our property we sent you a welcome letter that details the house is at the end of a long gravel driveway. The house is 700 feet from the road, which is a slight distance but not super long either. - The Welcome Letter also provides the lockbox information such as where it is located and we will send them the code a few days prior to your stay. We also use a very standard lockbox as we have not received any complaints from previous guests about opening it. We do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

Hi Carrie, we're glad to hear that you found the property clean and enjoyed a smooth check-in process. We understand how crucial a good night's sleep is, and after discussing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- We’re sorry to hear that the mattress didn’t meet your comfort preferences. While we recognize that comfort can vary from guest to guest, we’ll be inspecting the mattress during our next visit to ensure it’s in good condition. The mattress and box spring were replaced less than two years ago, and we recently stayed at the property and found the bed to be comfortable- We encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay if they experience any discomfort or issues, as we’re committed to ensuring a positive experience. We’re always happy to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possibleWe appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences with the Roku and the bed. We strive to make sure everything with the house is fully working and prepared for every visitor, but sometimes failures happen that are outside our control. Your experience did not meet our expectations, and we hope the credit we offered you helps make up for it. The issues have been addressed, and everything is working once again. We're glad you enjoyed your stay in spite of the problems, and we hope to see you again sometime soon!

We're sorry to hear the location was not the right fit for your stay. For future travelers, the home is located in a rural setting near Pine Mountain, and the listing describes the property's peaceful, nature-focused surroundings and proximity to local attractions. We hope guests seeking a quieter getaway continue to enjoy the setting and the convenience the area has to offer.
