Located on a quiet dead-end street with more than 90 feet of sandy beachfront, this family-owned lake house is roomy and charming and ready to accommodate a crowd. Adults will enjoy a peaceful sleep in the four main level bedrooms, while the younger crowd (or just young at heart) will love the summer camp vibe in the lower-level walkout. Double decks provide tons of outdoor space for enjoying beautiful sunrises and afternoon shade. For nature lovers, spot turtles and egrets or fish from the long dock. The shallow depth and sand bottom of the expansive wading and swimming area make it the perfect play space for the kids. Guests will also have the use of a stand-up paddleboard, two kayaks and a Lily Pad float. If you long to get out on the water, feel free to tie your boat to the dock (fenders available upon request) or to rent a pontoon boat from Coldwater Marina. Some of the local attractions include Tibbetts Opera House, wineries, antiquing, Capris Drive-In, and Pokagon State Park.
