This home stood out immediately: brand-new construction (a rare gem in the Keys), three oceanfront stories, and unmatched proximity to the water—it’s the closest home to the ocean in our entire gated community. From the moment we stepped onto the third story oceanfront balcony and took in the sweeping, unobstructed views of the Atlantic, every other option faded away.
