My husband and I are from Annapolis, Maryland and have lived all over the world. I'm an art lover and my husband loves to entertain, so any space we create is a mix of my love of antiques and his keen eye for what makes it perfect for hosting.

Why they chose this property

This is our second house in the neighborhood and this one especially has my heart. Our "North Ranch" is located halfway down a dead end street deep in No. 6 and just off the 5th hole. It has easy access to the busier roads but frankly, is in one of the most pleasant, serene and walking friendly areas of No. 6.

What makes this property unique

The North Ranch has all the outdoor space you could want! The front porch wraps around the house and overlooks the sprawling front lawn, while out back is a large porch with furling awning plus two stone patios. There's no end to the space available to entertain in. The living room features a gas fireplace (which can be turned on upon request) with an antique surround. The kitchen has a massive custom island with built in NewAir wine fridge, and is the perfect spot for intimate gatherings or large parties that can flow out onto the porch.
