About this property

Stunning 1 bdrm / 1 bath with extra Q size super comforable Murphy bed. Huge patio with beautiful views and amazing wildlife. Downstairs unit with only a single person living above, so super quiet! This gated community has gym, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, dog park, two heated pools, hot tub, yacht club w/bar all walking distance from the unit. Full washer & dryer are included inside the condo too! You will love it here in my little piece of paradise! Only 10 min drive to downtown St. Pete and 20 min drive to the beaches. Easy access to the interstate and local airports are about a 20 min drive with no traffic so it does depend on the time of the day. I look forward to hosting you!

Perfect Vacation Stay

Our stay was perfect! We had great communication with Renee the property owner. Very accommodating! Space was better than described! Lots of wonderful amenities. Very clean condo. I would definitely stay again, & highly recommend for others. I can’t wait to return. Thanks again Renee!
