The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and a private screened porch can be accessed directly from this room. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, while the twin bedroom includes two twin mattresses. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub and shower. The private screened porch, furnished with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan, overlooks the fairway, ensuring privacy through a natural area with diverse trees and shrubs. Access to the porch is available from both the family room and the master bedroom.

Located on a former rice and indigo plantation, the True Blue Golf Course boasts rolling terrain and native vegetation, creating a spectacular golfing environment.
