Four bedrooms are located upstairs, including a kids room with a "hidden" play area. One bedroom is conveniently located on the first level for those who prefer not to navigate stairs (queen murphy bed... also doubles as an office). There is a bathroom just across the hall. The open kitchen has everything you need to cook while a gas grill on the deck provides additional options for a summer bbq. The large television in the living area is perfect for movie night or the big game (Spectrum cable and Netflix are included or utilize your own app on the smart tv); a smaller television with cable and movies for the kids is located upstairs.
Covered parking is available for two cars (tandem) next to the garage. Off-street parking is also available in the driveway. Garage access is not available.
