Amenities for short term guests include generous breakfast items and bathroom beauty supplies for the first day of their stay. The full sized kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric stove, large fridge, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, cutlery and dishes as well as a dishwasher and laundry machine. A vacuum cleaner, Iron and Ironing board, can also be made available. Spacious closets add to a comfortable stay. The space is fully equipped with luxurious bed and bath linens and German down comforters and pillows. The house is fully air conditioned and there is also an autonomous heating system for the winter months. Cleaning service is free once per week for any given stay, but can be arranged more frequently as per guest requirement with extra compensation.

Fantastic location

The property is really good and location is fantastic. We got the check-in instructions just hours before the check in time. And when we got in there was someone already checked-in . We had to negotiate a new check-in time around 10pm. Other than. That the property is really good

is a great location to easily walk to most attractions close to almost everythng to do had a few issues with checking in but we were early may have been issue. great apartment needs a frying pan that is none stick only had one frying pan. we made do was a great stay .

Quiet decent apartment close to everything

I have no complaint about the host or the apartment other than the fact that I was not able to get check in details until the last night before my flight to Athens. Vrbo helpline was helpful in reaching my host.

great location. difficult to communicate with host

last minute swapped into a different apartment in the same building so we cant really review the unit we booked. He said the unit he moved us to was an upgrade. Fortunately, we were already in Greece and 2 blocks away from this location. Communication with host thru VRBO app was almost non existent. Whatsapp was better, but anxiety of not being able to reach out prior to us getting in was very high. Once we got keys and were in this ground floor apartment (had booked 2nd level with balcony) we were fine. The location was quiet and felt safe. Very short walk to Thiseio metro station and not much father to Monastiraki train. We used both to get around as well as walk. Plenty of choices for food very near to this great location. Good grocery store that we got essentials from . A wonderful bakery 1/2 block away also.The unit itself, just like the other we stayed in in this area, have some things to be aware of but not concerning if you are American. Each key rotates twice in the cylinder and so when unlocking you may get confused since one rotation will not unlock. The hot water heaters require you to reset the circuit breaker since they may be on a timer.As is common, there was a washer and drying rack, so that you can air dry clothes. Not a big issue at all. Just be aware there is no electric clothes dryer.

Great Location - Beautiful Apartment!

My Girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights and had a wondeful time! Super great location, close to 2 metro lines & walking distance to the Acropolis & the Monastiraki areas. The apartment was pretty spacious, and the Air Conditioning was a bonus! I would definitely recommend staing here if your visiting Athens!

Everything You Need

The apartment was beautiful having everything you could need or want. It is located two blocks from the Acropolis walkway which is a pedestrian path lined with restaurants, shops, the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis and Parthenon. The only negative comment is if there was ever a fire you would not be able to get out in time. Every door from the front door to the elevator which opens to your private apartment needs a key and are very difficult to open easily. We rented a car at the airport and was lucky to find a parking spot in front of the apartment where we left it the entire time we were in Athens. Getting from one location to another by car is stressful and I don't recommend it. There are limited street signs, one-way streets and if you don't speak the language difficult to get directions. There is a metro but they were on strike. I highly recommend using taxi services, If you are an experience European traveler this is a must if staying in Athens. If you are a novice, getting around by yourself is challenging.

gute Lage

Also die Lage ist top ,da kann man wirklich nichts sagen. Alles war Fußläufig erreichbar und wir brauchten keine weiteren öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung ist an sich super aber ein paar Reperaturen wären nötig. Nacheinander duschen gehen , ist auch nicht möglich...da muss man erst wieder das Wasser aufheizen lassen.

Bait and Switch?

This was a frustrating experience. Upon arrival, we were told that our apartment wasn't available due to water issues. No problem, things like that happen. But we were put in an apartment lacking virtually all the amenities that led us to chose the requested apartment. No fireplace, no first night breakfast, no bathroom supplies, very very tiny kitchen, no dryer, just a wash machine. We were told by Panos and his mother that this was an upgrade and we wouldn't be charged extra - but when I pointed out that the apartment we were put in was on the VRBO site and listed at a lesser cost Panos said 1) the apartments are exactly the same - obviously not 2) they rent for the exact same price - mmmm, nope, not according to the website 3) we never supply breakfast - then maybe shouldn't list it as an amenity. The difference as about $40 euro, which is not a big deal at the end of the day, but nobody likes being cheated or lied to, it is distasteful and I recommend to future renters that you don't reward VRBO folks that pull this type of thing, look for another place.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very clean, great A/C, on a quiet street while also very close walking distance to Thissio metro and great restaurants/cafes with beautiful Acropolis views. Monastiraki and Plaka districts are surprisingly close to walk to. Panos and his mom were quick to respond to all our questions. I also recommend using their dedicated taxi driver, Christos. Very friendly, reasonable and on-time to and from the airport. One small criticism is if people are sleeping on the pull-out couch the blinds are very light, there are no privacy blinds to minimize the morning sun. We were happy to stay in this area and would absolutely/100% stay here again.

Perfect Athens apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and was in the perfect location. One block to ancient agora and thisseos metro. 2 blocks to walking street that takes you to the Acropolis. There is a delicious bakery a few steps away. Our advice is to use the owners taxi driver, Chris. He is very pleasant, honest and reliable. We used him to and from the airport. We would stay here again!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage - Beautiful flat, perfect located

Die Wohnung liegt super, nur einen Block entfernt von der Bummelmeile mit Kneipen, Cafes und Flohmarkt. Akropolis, Agora und Plaka sind zu fuß in unter 10 Minuten erreicht, die nächste Metrostation in 4 Min. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, Panos war auch super flexibel in Sachen Anreise. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber - wir kommen gern wieder.

Wirklich zu empfehlen in Bestlage und sehr guter Ausstattung. Leider 2 Kritikpunkte, sonst wäre Höchstnote angebracht: 1. erste 3 Tage stand Apt. trotz früher fester Buchung nicht zur Verfügung und man wurde gezwungen auf ein anderes auszuweichen!! 2. Auf der site steht dass 1x die Woche Putzen beinhaltet ist, das war nicht der Fall

Lovely stay highly recommended

Very pleasant apartment , spotless and very well decorated with a lovely terrace in a quiet street with a very convenient location next to the Acropolis. Panos and his mother are great hosts, always ready to help with kindness. Appartement très conforme au descriptif, moderne, propre et très bien entretenu. Tout le confort, literie très bien. La clim fonctionne très bien. Quelques soucis avec la connexion internet mais le propriétaire a tout fait pour régler le problème au plus vite. L'immeuble est parfait. La mère du propriétaire très sympathique et très disponible et nous la remercions de sa gentillesse. Très bien situé, à 10 mn de l'Acropole, à 5 mn du quartier marchand et des restaurants. Quartier sympathique et sécurisant. A recommander fortement. Si nous devions revenir à Athènes, nous réserverions à nouveau cet appartement.

Clean and Great Location

This apartment is very close to the tourist sites yet on a quiet street. Everything we needed for our 5 day stay was in the apartment. Noise was not a problem and the air conditioning made it easy to sleep on the 42°C days. We made use of the 2 bikes to get to many sites. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Athens.

Excelente apartamento, totalmente recomendable

El apartamento tiene una localización excelente, al lado de la estación de metro de Thissiou, y en una calle muy tranquila. Desde allí se asciende a la Acrópolis en pocos minutos. Es un apartamento nuevo, con todas las comodidades necesarias. La madre de Panos estuvo amabilísima con nosotros. Sin duda, no pudimos haber escogido mejor alojamiento para nuestra estancia en Atenas
