Grand Rivers is the perfect getaway for any traveler! Whether you’re a solo adventurer, a couple looking for a romantic getaway, boater, fisherman, or just need a girl's getaway, there is something for everyone.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Inside, the natural wood accents throughout, infuse a cozy warmth into the "cabin feel" atmosphere.

This condo offers a large bedroom, equipped with two queen-size beds, dressed with linens and a full-size bathroom, complete with towels and complimentary toiletries. The fully stocked kitchen has a well-equipped coffee bar to kickstart your morning and provides all the amenities needed to prepare hearty meals or delightful vacation snacks with ease and pleasure. TV’s are located in the bedroom and living room, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. There is also a large deck and firepit area to enjoy outside.

There is ground level access to the unit as well as a stair entrance from the guest parking area.

The large parking lot can accommodate most boat trailers.

This condo is located less than half a mile from the heart of downtown Grand Rivers, nestled between the lakes, making it convenient to Patti’s 1880’s Settlement, Green Turtle Bay Marina, Light House Landing and LBL, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, hiking and more!!

PERFECTION: cozy and serene

Cabin/condo (we rented both side by side units) was well stocked, and super clean. Great location was quiet, by Patti’s Settlement, lighthouse, and dam. Paducah nearby and local well stocked Village Grocery. Would DEFINITELY stay here again because it was PERFECT!

We had the best time!

My husband and I got away for the weekend and this was the most perfect little cabin! Everything was clean and we had access to everything we needed. It is close to Grand Rivers with a short little drive. We will definitely be back!

Cute little condo. Clean, had everything we needed. Keurig with pods a plus! Close to Green Turtle Bay. Neighborhood was quiet. Very satisfied with stay and was able to ask questions and get fast replies. Would stay again.

The cabin was cute, quiet and clean. It was exactly as we expected. Our only complaint (which isn't the owner's fault) is that the cell phone service in the area is terrible.

A Convenient Getaway

We had a fun stay at this rental. It had everything we needed plus more. The owner was just a call away and tended to our needs immediately. It had updated furnishings and decor and was super clean. We were very satisfied. Only a half mile away from Patti's Settlement with close access to everything.
