The Cottage on Grove is an attached basement with a private entrance located in the prestigious Knollwood Heights community. The cottage is located in the heart of Southern Pines, less than .5 miles to the sought-after Pine Needles Golf Course and less than 1 miles to Downtown Southern Pines. The Knollwood Inn is has a completely private entrance on the left side on the main house with its own parking space.
We are excited to bring you The Cottage on Grove located in Knollwood Heights minutes from the famous Pine Needles Golf Course. The Cottage on Grove has two bedrooms w/ one queen bed and two full size bunk beds. The living space has a wall mounted TV, sitting area & large couch. Also included, a full kitchen and bathroom.
You will have a separate access with a private entrance to the basement through the left side of the main home.
Please note, guests of the cottage do not have access to the patio but there is a separate fenced area for use right outside the basement.
