About this property

This cozy oceanfront cottage is an excellent choice for a group retreat on the southern end of Topsail Island. The wonderful reverse living floor plan capitalizes on the ocean views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen on the upper floor. The bedrooms on the lower floor each have sliding doors that access the oceanfront deck, so you can wake up each morning and race to the beach!

No Way Out offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Bed sizes include 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Pillows and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided but are available for rental.

➤Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed at this property.

➤No Smoking is allowed inside this property.

➤Linens (Sheets and towels) are NOT provided with Lewis Realty reservations, However, we do offer a linen rental service!

A Full house linen package will include Sheets for all advertised beds, 2 towel sets per person, and a set of Kitchen Towels with a sponge. Additional charge for rentals longer than 1 week.

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

➤A 7-night Saturday to Saturday stay will be required year-round.

➤No pesky Security Deposits! All reservations will be required to have an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver. The cost of this waiver is included in the listed required reservation fees.

5th Year in a row and this was the best house yet!

Pictures don't do justice to the actual space you will have on the top floor. And we loved the private outdoor shower! We have stayed all across the island and other then the long drive back to the bridge the South End is where its at!

Very nice

While the location was a long drive to shopping, this year it didn’t matter be Use, due to Covid, we didn’t go out much. The bonus was having a se turtle nest in front of our house! It didn’t hatch while we were there, but it was neat to see it everyday while we were on the beach. Overall, a good week at the beach.

Great place

Not many people on the beach and easy access to beach will definitely stay here again. Loved the outdoor shower having hot water that made it very nice. Updated kitchen counter tops and just overall a nice cozy feel for my family.

Great house

Honestly one of my favorite houses I've ever stayed in on topsail. If you like the south end of the island, this house has a lot going for it. It was overall clean, area was quiet, everything worked properly, and it had an outdoor shower, which I love. Will definitely stay here again.
