Historic Richmond 2 bedroom townhouse; the heart of Church Hill. June/July 2025
Two bedroom ChurchHill home near St John's Church and some of the best restaurants in Richmond. Gorgeous views with easy access to downtown Richmond, various parks, walks and Capitol to Capitol 50 mile bike trail, and some of the cities best bakeries and coffee houses, cocktails and Spotty Dog ice cream. Two queen bedrooms upstairs, charming kitchen/living room main floor, English basement with room for light workouts, TV and second full bath with rain shower, plus lovely back patio to enjoy coffee with the birds or quiet dinner out back, fresh herbs in the garden beds for cooking that dinner. Kitchen is fabulous stocked if you like to cook and we are surrounded by some of Richmond's best restaurants. Our location is a walker's delight! Great place for extended stays in June/July. Please contact if you have questions about longer summer rental needs.
