Great place overall with plenty of room for everyone in the party. The hosts were great and very responsive to everything. The back staircase by the parking spot can be a little treacherous but otherwise, everything was fantastic!

Comfy stay in RVA

We stayed here when we came in town for my daughter’s graduation from VCUarts. It was super comfy and well appointed. The location was good - close to everything - but it wasn’t in the middle of all the action.

Very cute home with character and all the updated amenities. Comfortable beds, light blocking curtains, good shower with hot water, big TVs! Plenty of parking space and communication with manager was excellent, they were responsive to requests and polite. Some road noise to be heard from main road in Master bedroom and can hear folks below a bit l, but it is a city after all and this house was conveniently located 10 min drive from VCU and a wonderful find, highly recommend.

We are repeat guests at this location. Prior guests had left a smell in the unit that was difficult to recover from. We had some struggles with some common household items, but heard back quickly. No monetary resolutions were offered regarding the smell even though the smell was very prevalent, only offered remidies had us out of the unit for extended periods of time, which was disappointing. We paid for this unit expecting access to it for the time rented for the price paid, without overwhelming smells. This rental was not what we expected.

Thank you for being a repeat guest and for sharing your feedback. We truly value your continued stays with us, and we’re very sorry that the prior guests’ tobacco use impacted the start of your visit. This is not the standard you’ve experienced with us before, and we understand how disappointing that must have felt. As soon as the issue was reported, we offered two options so you wouldn’t feel stuck with an uncomfortable situation: a full refund if you preferred to relocate, or the option to stay while we worked through every available remedy. We also offered to run an ozone purification treatment, which is one of the most effective ways to remove smoke odor. This process would have required no more than about four hours outside the unit, but we completely respected your decision to decline it. To support you during the stay, we provided Ozium spray, delivered the missing wine opener you requested, and stayed in communication throughout. You also mentioned that keeping the windows open helped significantly and that the smell improved after the first day, which we were glad to hear. We always aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly, and we do our best to offer solutions that balance comfort, safety, and practicality. We regret that this situation—caused by the guests before you—affected your experience, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to address it in real time. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us.

It was the perfect spot for a long weekend away with friends while attending an event in the area. The location was convenient, the check-in process was easy, and everything we needed was provided. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
