This property is in an amazing location within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. Everything was perfectly clean, very comfortable beds and very easy to use home appliances. The house is well stocked with daily household items so it felt like a great home away from home. 10/10 recommend!
We visited our daughter for Christmas. She is only 10 minutes walking distance from the duplex. It was super convenient for a visit, to shopping and eateries. We brought our 2 pups - and it was great to have a fenced back yard. Comfy and cozy. Had everything we needed!
Very clean, and conveniently located 2 short blocks from Cary St. where there are lots of shops & food. Excellent communication with property manager, we were even able to check-in 1 night early due to weather affecting our flight plans. Always found street parking, kitchen was well stocked with basics, decently comfortable beds. We also appreciated that the check-out instructions were minimal. Please note this is an old home, good but not quite great. While the kitchen & bathrooms have been updated nicely, it is smaller than it looks in photos, the heating is inconsistent depending on the room, the floors are uneven & creaky, the main bathroom's sink could not produce warm/hot water 80% of the time, & both porches need TLC. We also would have liked more towels for our family of 4.
