We love the hustle and bustle of Chatham - all the visitors, the 4th of July parade, the cars from old jalopies to modern marvels, THE SHOPS! - and we are just a few steps to it all! Whether you enjoy cocktails on the traditional front porch, reading a good book in the cozy sun room, eating outdoors on the mahogany deck, or taking in an outdoor shower; you will love everything about this special retreat.

The front porch is the perfect place to escape and plan the day's adventures. You can enter the home through the front door or garage or rear deck. From here you will find yourself in a large kitchen that features granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space and all new appliances. The wide plank, dark wood floors flow throughout the home. Make use of the cocktail area with a microwave opening to the dining room.

There is a dining area that has seating for 6 so the whole family can gather around for meals. It opens to the sun room where comfy furniture beckons you to relax and start to read a great book.

The living room is set up for intimate conversation and relaxing while enjoying the flat screen TV. Chess or checkers anyone? There's a small game table for checkers or cards. Have to do some work while on vacation? Open your laptop and enjoy the small office area ... or forget the work and simply write out some postcards to your family and friends! A convenient half bath is located on the first floor, just off of the kitchen.

Head up the stairs to find all three bedrooms. The master has a Queen bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, and a flat screen TV. Bedroom #2 also has a Queen bed and just across the hall is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The 3rd bedroom is at the other end of the hall with 3 twin beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a flat screen TV. There are black out window treatments in all the bedrooms so that you can sleep in late on your vacation!

Enjoy taking in the sun on the back deck with outdoor furniture to relax, dining table with umbrellas for shade for al fresco dining and a gas grill. Don't forget to use the outdoor shower with hot and cold water - it's a Cape Cod tradition!

Path to the left of the house leads to the gate out back. Cross the parking lot for easy access to the Oyster Pond (saltwater)! Just 4 homes from the village of Chatham where you'll find coffee, shopping, casual and fine dining, candy and so much more!

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.

Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
