Perfect and lovely home for our group of six. Wendy (property manager) was very friendly and available. Made us feel welcome. Only a relatively short walk to Steamboat base. Lockers for skis and equipment at base was a great bonus amenity.

Great place close to the lifts

Really great location and home. Perfect for a group of people looking for common areas to gather as well as private en suite bedrooms to retreat to. Wendy was great to deal with and available for anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Family reunion

We had a fabulous time. This was a family reunion years in the making. The house was perfect for the 4 families, each with their own bedroom.Wendy met us at the property, provided a tour and went through the details of our stay including hints on keeping the house cool.Could not have asked for a more perfect home and property manager!

Everything about this house was great! If we comeback to Steamboat we will only stay here! The owners and Property Manager/Realtor have thought of almost everything. Bath towels and hot tub towels. Bootwarmers and ample, racks, benchs, and coat hooks. They have a locker to use on base to store gear and ski valet so there is no lugging stuff back and forth.

Great summer vacation!

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the base of the mountain where there were restaurants, activities, gondola rides and fun for the kids. It was about a 10 min drive to the town where there were so many choices for restaurants, shopping and the alpine slide. The home was very well equipped. Great kitchen and spacious great room. The kids enjoyed their own playroom upstairs. Nice deck for outside dining. We miss it already! We look forward to our next visit to Steamboat Springs!

A MUST STAY

Just the perfect place for extended family! Every room had their own bathroom. The place was up upgraded and large to accommodate families. Walking distance to delicious restaurants, we loved Apres! Ice cream, taproom, ski area and also just an exceptional location. Weather was incredible. Hot tub is top-notch. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We originally booked it because it was pet friendly. Ended up not bringing a pet, but I would book it either way. The only thing that would make it even better is if it had access to a pool. No biggie because the Hot Springs was close by. It would also be amazing in the winter because it’s close to the resort and there is a few hills close by that would be perfect for kids sledding. We loved it.
