The whole process was smooth. They live walking distance to a pub, Betsey Ross house and many of the tourist sites. They have little touches like hygiene items, spices, coffee included. We also enjoyed the roof top patio for a drink and views of the Delaware River.

Excellent communication as well as excellent property location. The rooftop view of the bridge and the river is something else for sure! You can't beat that view with a morning cup of coffee! We were celebrating our 11th anniversary and everything was amazing!
