Calm and Cozy Mid-Century Modern Retreat

Fully remodeled mid-century modern retreat. Designed with minimalism in mind, this house provides a calming escape from all the chaos in our daily lives. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with basic cookware and has an attached screened in courtyard to enjoy dinner outside. The courtyard also has a full size washer and dryer and a second refrigerator for additional food or drinks. While the bedrooms are smaller in size, they provide a cool and cozy place to fully relax free from technology and distraction. All bedrooms provide ample closet space and each has a fan. The only TV in the house is in the living room. The backyard provides natural privacy with mature trees. The neighborhood is quiet and great for morning or evening walks among the giant trees of Fontana Lane. Anna Maria Island is about a 10-15 minute drive away depending on beach traffic.

Please Remember: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.

Jordan’s place was great! We were in Bradenton for Pirate’s spring training. The location to Lecom park was perfect, about 15 minutes. Also not too far to the beach. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It was also great to be able to do laundry. Jordan is quick to respond.

Trip to Bradenton for Spring training and to enjoy the beach on spring break with our children. Place was immaculate and the house was perfectly appointed with all one would need. The check-in process and communication was a breeze. We enjoyed our experience and look forward to future trips.

Perect Vacation Getaway

We loved the style of the MCM home, the cleanliness, comfortable beds and quiet street that was close to AMI. I had difficulty figuring out the range hood but Jordan was quick to respond and it ended up being user error. We recommend the Sage Biscuit in downtown Bradenton serving breakfast 7 - 3 daily.

Everything amazing!

My husband and I spent 10 days at Twin Peaks and it was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. Jordan responded immediately to every question and concern that we expressed. The house is beautifully decorated and the lawn is Florida at its finest. The kitchen was stocked with every possible thing we needed. We would highly recommend Twin Peaks..I almost forgot, the beds were the most comfy ever anywhere.

A home away from home

This vacation home was the best we ever had, and we have been to Florida many times before. But nothing beats this home! The beds are so comfortable, everything was so clean and tidy and we really felt like home, just being in Paradise. I can highly recommend this property to people who want to have short driving distance to Anna-Maria Island…it‘s just 15 minutes away. The garden and area around the house are quiet and pieceful. The renter is very courteous and helpful with everything. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely come back.

It was the second time my family and I spent 15 days in this beautiful vacation home and truly enjoyed every moment. The house has been fully renovated and still preserves its charming mid-century character. I especially loved the peaceful location – perfect for taking a break from everyday life and simply relaxing.The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. I also appreciated the additional refrigerator as well as the washer and dryer. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer plenty of storage space, making it easy to settle in.The courtyard and the wonderfully maintained garden invite you to spend time outdoors. Thanks to the mature trees in the backyard, there is also a great sense of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and ideal for walks, and the beaches, such as Anna Maria Island, are only a short drive away.On top of all that, the host was absolutely amazing – always available, very friendly, and quick to help with any questions or small issues that came up. Her warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.Overall, this was a very relaxing stay – I can highly recommend this house and would be happy to return anytime!

I use this home frequently as well, so I try to keep it stocked with things I love and hope others will enjoy it too. I have a long history in customer service and hope to help make guests feel at home, relaxed and restored during their vacation. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and hanging out with my dogs, playing beach volleyball, tennis and golf and, of course, trips to Florida!

This neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by some incredible and unique homes with mature landscapes and trees. Morning and evening walks are calming and the neighbors are welcoming. Just one block way is Fontana Lane, a street filled with huge majestic trees.

What makes this property unique

This property is a true mid-century modern design and has been fully remodeled inside and out. The home features terrazzo floors which keeps the house very cool during the summer. The kitchen has a huge island perfect for conversation while cooking or having breakfast. The screened outdoor courtyard is great for eating outside and the backyard is private and calming.
