* Fenced Pool, no cage makes it warm year round, outside table and chairs seat 4, comfy lounges.

Perfect house for our stay in Bradenton

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and roomy. There was ample seating both inside and out. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is near shopping and the beach. Wonderful week.

Lovely Home

Terrie and John were excellent at communicating from the start! Their home is amazing and lovely. My kids loved the pool and the screened in patio. They also had a ton of things for the beach and pool. They really thought of everything. The location is amazing and it is just a short drive to the beach. We had an excellent stay and couldn’t have asked for more!

Family Getaway

The house was clean upon arrival and had several amenities that we did not expect. We would 1000% recommend this property! The kids had a blast in the pool and the adults loved the safety features.

Great Vacation home

We really enjoyed this vacation home and these owners. Most importantly, it was CLEAN, which makes or breaks a vacation for our family. The was comfortable for a family of five. The pool was the highlight of the home. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and centrally located. Bradenton was a beautiful area and any minor issues that arose during our stay was quickly addressed by the owners who were always easy to contact. We definitely recommend this home!

You’ll fall in love

This was our second visit to the area and the second time staying in one of Terrie and John’s homes. They are so convenient to everything, super clean, and well stocked! Truly makes you feel like you’re at home. Our kids (and adults😊) really enjoyed the use of the pool and it’s sitting area, and our dogs loved being able to run around the yard! We are looking forward to renting from the Lawson’s again!

Great house!!!

The owners were so nice from the moment we showed interest in this house. Which made us feel relaxed about the whole renting process. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this house was! We came to Florida to surprise my grandmother for her 80th birthday. This house provided lots of open space to finish the last minute decorating details. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious too! The open floor plan for the living room allowed for my family to visit with each other after the party and not feel cramped. We all loved the pool and the screened in porch. It is just an all around great place to stay!!! We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Bradenton area.

Perfect House!

We were very Happy with this property for our annual Family reunion during Spring Training! Plenty of room, very comfortable spacious bedrooms, well equiped kitchen, great screened porch, pool & Bbq area too! Perfect for our BBQ reunion! Very convenient to the Beach, Lecom field, restuarants & shopping. Very impressed and will definately recommend to our friends and come back in the future! (Maybe a summer stay next time)! John and Terrie have lived in the Bradenton area for 40 years. John is from Florida and Terrie is originally from Philadelphia. We own a U-Pick farm in Ruskin Fl. We have another vacation home we have been renting to visitors to Bradenton since 2014. Florida has been our home for most of our lives. We lived on both coasts and hands down the Gulf of Mexico has the most beautful beaches. Especially the Bradenton beaches.

Why they chose this property

We have had so much fun renting another vacation rental, we decided to make this home another haven for families that are traveling to the Gulf Beaches. This is a perfect location for enjoying the real Florida! We have the Manatee River a short walk down the street. DeSoto National Memorial a short Drive away. Gardens and Preserves are all in this area.

What makes this property unique

This home, is in a beautiful neighborhood, Harbor Woods, in NW Bradenton. The backyard is totally fenced and the streets are very safe to take walks. Sitting on the back lanai and watching the family in the pool is so relaxing and enjoyable. There is very few neighborhoods as lovely as Harbor Woods.
