Great location. Clean room. In pictures bathroom shows big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. When we got there only tiny bottles. We were staying for two weeks. Great view of diamond head and ocean views.

Location fine, very basic, low standards

The positive is the nice view from lanai (if you can use it). But, we had a disappointing stay. Nothing was ready for us when we checked-in. Room is dark and items were extremely dirty. A lot of items lacking or in poor or unusable condition. Contacted property mgr to address these issues, and some work was taken care of, but with so many problems, we had to wait for a lot of it during our special vacation. No one wants to feel like a nag (or project mgr) to get things fixed when it should have been ready since day one. Also failed to notify us of major construction before booking; let us leave early but to an insufficient refund amount and no transparency or communication about fees charged. I will not stay with them again nor recommend this property. They did an ok job of addressing what they could, but it shouldn’t have taken so much effort for a guest. This place has the bare minimum necessities and service and does not provide any value. You can find a better place, trust me.
