-There is no pool and no parking. Public transportation is very convenient and walking distance to shops and restaurants in the area.
-This building is stair-access only; there is no elevator. Make sure everyone in your party is able to go up and down steps. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Check in is at 3:30PM — Check out is at 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Everything was as posted. Building is a little rundown but the unit itself is clean and updated. Location is awesome and within a 20 minute walk of all go Waikiki. Would stay here again!

The room was very close to the beach and the air conditioning is more than adequate. The room was exactly as described and the managers of the room responded to very promptly which was nice. On the whole it was a very good value for money. I would definitely stay there again. About us we had two children and they enjoyed themselves. We are from Canada and have traveled to all many tropical places and the way the room was laid out was very convenient. And a secret about this room it is very close to free parking within a 15 minute walk. Which went parking spots cost you 50 bucks for 20 hours was a great benefit.

A great flat! a short walk to the beach and very comfortable for two. The kitchen was great, and both the main bed and the pullout trundle bed in the living room were comfortable. In this location, at this price point? HIGHLY recommend!!

The room looked just like the photos. It was within walking distance to everything on the strip right off of Waikiki Beach. It was a great room especially for the price. Any time I contacted the host they responded within minutes.

The host was great! She Responded very quickly to questions. We liked The condo and its layout. It was very clean and great for three people. Close walk to the stores and beach. Unfortunately, it’s located on the third floor with no elevator. But not a deal breaker. We had a cute rooster that crowed all hours. Haha. But we loved it. Thank you!

Nice place to stay

It is a nice place, clean and very well located, we highly recommend it, it is small but enough for a family of 4 that was looking for a place to rest and have facilities to prepare breakfast, something you don't have in a hotel room, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, great price

We stayed here over Christmas and New Years Eve, and the place was a great price for the accommodations. It isn't a 5 star resort, but we got a whole week for the price some places were charging for a night. The area is very safe, it is 2 blocks from the beach, there are about 12 ABC stores within 5 minutes, and tons of bars/restaurants. Parking was easy to find on the street ($50/day), and check in/out was a breeze.

Great stay in the heart of Waikiki

My husband and our preschooler and baby had a great stay. The location of this apartment is its best feature - a block and a half from the beach, zoo and very close to shops and restaurants. It’s well equipped with everything you would need to cook at home. Just a note for families that the bedroom is separated from the living space with a sliding room divider - not a proper door and the bathroom is off the bedroom.
